welcome to the fightclub

  • People are always asking me if I know Tyler Durden.
  • With a gun barrel between your teeth, you speak only in vowels.
  • This is your life and it's ending one minute at a time.
  • Does this remind you of anything?

    Welcome to FIGHT CLUB gentlemen.
The first rule of Fight Club is - you do not talk about Fight Club.
The second rule of Fight Club is - you DO NOT talk about Fight Club.
Third rule of Fight Club, someone yells Stop!, goes limp, taps out, the fight is over. Fourth rule, only two guys to a fight.
Fifth rule, one fight at a time, fellas.
Sixth rule, no shirt, no shoes.
Seventh rule, fights will go on as long as they have to.
And the eighth and final rule, if this is your first night at Fight Club, you have to fight.

    What a movie!!
First time I just saw it as a movie. Second time it was more than a movie. Tyler Durden is not a normal human being. All his words have really deep meaning in it. Try this “On a long enough timeline, the survival rate for everyone drops to zero.” Or may be this “The things you own end up owning you.”
While all other characters in life (real or celluloid) try and sell you something materialistic but Tyler sells us the philosophy. There are many interesting discussions and articles on the movie and its theme. Here are some of the best links:
