five point someone

  1. Tell me about yourself.
  2. Tell me about two of your greatest strengths.
  3. Tell me about two of your greatest weaknesses and how do you plan to overcome them.
  4. Tell me what is so unique about you that no one else has.
  5. What are your expectations from us.

Q4 is as corny and unimaginative as it can get...honestly, wat does it matter to them?

and why should you talk to them about yr strengths and weaknesses and worse put it as if yr weakness is actually an implicit strength..

they make bloody pigs, servile salesmen, out of you..beware

do not give them the right to judge you

remember Pj, you were born free and that is how it shall remain..do not give anyone the right to take it away from you..the most they can give you is an expensive education..they cant make a man out of you..you have to do that yourself by mocking their self-righteous, hypocritical questions

the last two are trickiest..
How can u know how u r different from others, coz for tht u need to know all others..

Expectations.... interesting way to trap....

but then thts part of life and sometimes one has to just live with it...

The first four questions were like self-awareness question asked in Dream A Dream meetings!
but the last question confused me. u copied this question from some company?

what is this? if a person is confused he/ she remains confused even wth th answers..

i would hv answerd all the frst 4 and probably looked like a perfect bet for them ( i.e someone hu is eager to do thngs...hummunging abt money...servile to core and dumb..hu would rather kill oneself for intospection bt not dared to question their authority) . But for th last i would have used some expletives....

and they would have deserved it.had it been a confessions box in a church it would have been manageable..this is unforgivable..

ask them to get themselves an education..

I am not sure... I guess most of the times it is not the answer that people are looking for, it is just to figure out how you handle tricky things in life. Am doing sales, and sometimes you cannot just imagine what questions people are going to pop up to you all of sudden. And you have to answer them then and there. I may be wrong, but I guess that is the way I see it.

@Goli:
It's not an interview dude. Its self examination. :) Questions are odd, answer are more odd for sure. Thats the crux of the situation.

@Satyajit:
I know why you telling this. At one point in oir life, we all face these questions. How important they are is something we realize at a later stage only. But for the moment, they hold the key.
And trust me, your second comment is most valuble worlds of advice I have got with me.

@rashi:
Yes, sometimes they are part of life, sometimes they decide your path in life. :)

@nirek:
No dude, these are some questions we should ask outself everytime we are on something.

@sucharita:
:) I know how frustrating it might be, but you have to live with it. And find all the answers.
