CAT fever continued

PROBLEM:
Opaque Technologies acquired Streampebble in April 2006. At the end of financial year Opaque offers bonus to all its employees based on certain rules. The target for any employee is calculated on his gross salary and is limited to 12%. The gross salary for any employee comes out to be 29% of annual CTC. Now its December time and opaque is planning to distribute the bonus. Following are some of the related facts and conditions:

1. As opaque is already in a acquisition deal with Aclalet, as per the deal agreement it can give only 35% of bonus to its employees.
2. As Streampebble did not contribute much to the revenue generation in last financial year, its employee will get only 85% of its estimated bonus money.
3. As Streampebble was acquired in April, the bonus will be prorated for the duration for which its employees were part of Opaque.
4. The financial year for Opaque is Oct –September.
5. As from December 2006, Opaque Aclalet merger will be complete, opaque has decided to give its entire employees bonus for first quarter of 2007 financial year in advance. As opaque has faired well in business in this quarter, it is not withholding any money. Also Aclalet deal also permits this bonus to full extent.
6. For an employee, the bonus has two parts: 75% based on his individual performance, while rest 25% based on company performance. Opaque tells that it has performed well in this year, so the 25% share will be given in full.
7. Government of Industan takes 30% tax on any bonus money.

For any employee of (former) Streampebble what will be the bonus in hand if his CTC is 1 Lac PA?
